Spacious, Stylish and Designed for Family Getaways
The 2027 Willerby Boston 8 Berth Lodge combines the space and comfort of a luxury lodge with the practical features needed for enjoyable family holidays. Measuring approximately 40ft x 20ft, the Boston’s generous layout provides plenty of room for family and friends to relax, dine and spend quality time together. The 3-bedroom configuration sleeps up to 8 people, making it an excellent choice for larger families or those who enjoy inviting guests.
From its welcoming open-plan interior to its stylish contemporary finish, the Boston has been designed to feel more like a comfortable home away from home than a traditional holiday accommodation.
Open-Plan Lounge
At the heart of the Boston is a spacious open-plan living area, giving everyone somewhere to relax together.
The lounge features two freestanding two-seater sofas, a coffee table and media unit. The flexible freestanding furniture allows you to arrange the space around your own lifestyle, whether you’re settling down for a family film, enjoying a board game or simply relaxing after a day exploring the coast.
The interior combines dark oak furniture with blush pink and graphite tones, creating a warm yet contemporary atmosphere. Large windows help bring plenty of natural light into the living space and provide an open, airy feel.
Modern Kitchen & Dining Area
The Boston’s kitchen has been designed with family holidays in mind, combining practical appliances with a stylish finish.
The standard specification includes an integrated 70/30 fridge-freezer, microwave, cooker and extractor fan, giving you everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The kitchen also features a gas oven and grill with hob and glass splashback.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a dedicated dining area with a freestanding dining table and upholstered dining chairs, creating the perfect setting for family breakfasts, relaxed evening meals or entertaining friends.
Luxurious Master Bedroom
The master bedroom provides a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.
A king-size bed forms the centrepiece, complemented by bedside cabinets and a stylish floating dressing table with stool and mirror. The bedroom also benefits from a generous walk-in wardrobe, providing plenty of useful storage space.
The master bedroom has its own ensuite shower room, adding an extra level of privacy and convenience for owners and guests.
A lift-up bed can also be selected as an optional upgrade, providing additional accessible storage space beneath the bed.
Three Comfortable Bedrooms
The 8-berth Boston’s three-bedroom layout makes it particularly well suited to larger families and groups.
Alongside the master bedroom, the lodge includes two twin bedrooms, each designed with comfortable single beds and useful storage. The twin bedrooms also feature walk-in wardrobe areas and dressing facilities, helping to ensure that guests have their own space during their stay.
With accommodation for up to eight people, the layout provides a practical balance between shared living space and private sleeping areas.
Family Bathroom
The family bathroom is finished with a practical and modern specification, including a shower enclosure with thermostatically controlled shower, dual-flush WC and wash basin.
Warm and Comfortable Throughout
The Boston is designed with comfort in mind and comes with a central heating system and high-efficiency condensing combi boiler. It also features double-glazed windows and doors.
The Boston is built to BS 3632 Residential Specification, which provides enhanced levels of insulation and makes the lodge suitable for year-round use where the holiday park has the appropriate licensing.
Stylish Exterior
The exterior is finished with light-grey embossed aluminium cladding and white PVCu double-glazed windows and doors, giving the lodge a clean and contemporary appearance.
The lodge also features a single sliding patio door, creating a natural connection between the indoor living space and the outdoor area.

Lodge Booking Terms & Conditions
The lodge owners may change the Terms & Conditions at anytime. version 1.4 (01st October 2024)
When signing the booking form or paying the full deposit you are confirming that you agree to all of the following Terms & Conditions:
A) Restrictions:
a) The hirer accepting these terms must be at least 21 years old.
b) NO Same sex groups – e.g. Stag and Hen parties. Family and Friends same sex groups may be accepted on request.
c) NO Smoking or Vaping anywhere inside the lodge.
d) NO Pets of any kind.
B) Bookings:
a) A £100 deposit must be paid within 24 hours to confirm booking. Dates will be released after this period.
b) Provisional bookings will not be accepted under any circumstances.
c) Full Names and Ages of all persons staying in the lodge are required at time of booking for insurance purposes.
d) Full rental charge is due 6 weeks before holiday, otherwise the booking will be cancelled and the deposit not refunded.
C) Deposit:
a) A £100 deposit must be paid to secure booking, this is in addition to the Rental Charge and is refundable.
b) In the event of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.
c) Deposit will be returned within 7 days after the lodge has been checked, unless:
1) There have been non-registered persons staying in the caravan.
2) There has been smoking or vaping in the caravan.
3) There have been pets in the caravan.
4) The caravan is vacated after the check out time.
5) There is any damage to the caravan or contents.
6) The caravan in not vacated by the agreed time.
d) Part deposits will not secure dates and will not be returned.
D) Rental Charge:
a) This is in addition to the £100 deposit and must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the holiday.
b) In the event of non-payment the holiday will be cancelled and the dates released for re-sale.
E) Accepted Payment Methods:
a) Bank Transfer.
b) Cash (in exceptional circumstances)
F) Insurance:
a) Names and Ages of all persons staying in the lodge are required to validate insurance.
b) Only named persons may stay in the lodge otherwise any insurance claims will be invalid.
c) Changes to approved guests may be made at the discretion of the lodge owner.
d) Non-approved guests will be denied access to the lodge or if they have been given access all guests will be asked to vacate the lodge immediately.
G) Cancellation:
a) The booking will be cancelled if:
1) the Full Deposit is not received within 7 days of booking
2) the Rental Charge is not received within 6 weeks of the start of the holiday.
b) The deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances unless the caravan owner is unable to provide the caravan
for the required period and is unable to provide and alternative date.
H) Damage to Property (The Lodge and/or it’s contents):
a) Please report any accidents, losses or damages caused by you or your party as soon as possible to enable us to respond to the circumstances. Smaller items may be replaced by yourselves if you wish, but the item(s) must be ‘like for like’or we may keep part or all your deposit.
b) Where the damage exceeds the £100 deposit then necessary action will be taken to seek full compensation.
I) Eviction from the Lodge:
You will be evicted from the lodge and your deposit will not be refunded in the event of:
a) Unreasonable behaviour by any of the guests.
b) Additional, unregistered guests being found in the lodge.
c) Smoking/vaping in or damage to the lodge or any of its contents.
J) Disputes and Harassment:
a) In the event of disputes then a third party may be consulted in order to resolve matters.
b) Repeated/abusive telephone calls, text messages, written correspondence or other contact will not be tolerated.
c) By agreeing to these terms you will not threaten legal action in the event that the deposit is not returned due to any breach of these rules. Any such action will be considered harassment.
d) You will be liable for any additional costs incurred as a result of any breach of these rules.
K) Blacklisting:
a) In the event of non-payment, late departure, damage or breach of any conditions then future bookings may be rejected by us and other lodge/caravan owners.
L) Arrival & Departure:
a) Check in 3pm
